In an effort to streamline our course application process and increase our efficiency in terms of getting our students placed in courses quickly, please be aware of the following changes. We will be significantly reducing the number of phone calls we make to verify applications. This is a poor use of everyone's time and not needed in the majority of cases. Instead, we have automated the course application work-flow. Once an application is received an automated response acknowledges the application and highlights the applicant's next steps in terms of getting documentation to us. As soon as we receive the documentation, we log this in our database and, again, an automated response informs the applicant that we have the documentation and that we are reviewing it. Once the documentation has been reviewed and the course selection approved, an automated response indicates that everything is in order and the next steps are detailed. At this point, the applicant is really only waiting now to get their login information and this happens when they are finally placed in their chosen course(s) at the onset of a given semester.
